# Server Guidelines ### Requirements * Must own a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto 5 For PC. * Must be part of the Dominio RP [discord server](https://dsc.gg/dominiorp). * Must be the age of 16+. * Must fully understand and speak English. * Must have a working and reliable internet connection. * Must have a working microphone that is clear and has no background noise. * Must show respect to players and staff at all times. ### General Rules 1. You must be 16 years of age or older to play on Dominio RP. 2. Mutual respect is essential both in and out of roleplay. Offensive comments based on race, gender, religion, disabilities, or sexual orientation are strictly prohibited. 3. Promoting or engaging in “toxic” behavior can result in removal from the community. Address issues appropriately without creating unnecessary drama. 4. Dominio RP is an English speaking server. You must speak English at all times and be able to understand it. 5. Steam or discord names that are deemed offensive are not allowed. ### Discord Rules 1. Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, including pornography and gore, is severely prohibited. 2. Keep relevant topics in their respective channels. 3. No spamming or excessive tagging of other members. ### Game Rules 1. Do not FRP[^1]. Your actions should be thought out before you act. Unrealistic/inappropriate scenarios will not be tolerated. 2. The use of glitches, exploits, hacks or any third-party software with malicious intentions or that provides an unfair advantage over other players, will result in an instant and permanent ban from the server. If you find a glitch or in-game exploit please notify management on the discord server. 3. Should disagreements or instances of rule-breaking arise, the first thing you should do is try to roleplay through it, without breaking character. Take the arguing to DMs[^2] and not on the server. 4. MetaGaming[^3] and PowerGaming[^4] are not allowed. 5. RDM[^5] and VDM[^6] are not allowed. 6. Do not log out to avoid jail, death, or any other roleplay situation. If it is an emergency or the game crashes, try to log back in as soon as possible and finish the RP scenario, or contact management through discord. 7. You must RP your injuries. Reviving yourself after being shot in the head, for example, and continuing to roleplay just like nothing happened, is prohibited. Wait for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or Law Enforcement Officer (LEOs) to take care of you, or choose to respawn at the hospital. 8. No cop baiting. Do not purposefully try and get police attention on you by doing things you would not do with an officer near you. 9. Voice changers are acceptable but they must be realistic, understandable, and not overly loud, quiet, or extremely high or low pitched. This is up to management's discretion. 10. Players must have Push to Talk enabled at all times. This is to avoid echo during interactions. To enable PTT, go to your game settings, navigate to > Voice Chat > Voice Chat Mode > Push to Talk. After that, you’ll have to hold down “N” to speak. 11. Players must create a realistic human character and have realistic clothes. Character names must avoid being disruptive. 12. Unrealistic weapons, such as miniguns or railguns, and excessive use of explosives are not allowed. 13. You are not allowed to use unrealistic vehicles such as tanks, jetpacks, rocket/flying vehicles, mounted-gun vehicles, etc. Exceptions can be made only by the Staff during special RP scenarios. 14. You are not allowed to enter Fort Zancudo, the prison, the airport or any restricted area which would be highly guarded. 15. While you can steal emergency vehicles used by real players, you are not allowed to steal and use AI emergency vehicles. 16. Civilians must not utilize any LEO/FD equipment, vehicle, or clothing. Please note that you can still roleplay by impersonating a police officer, but you must not use the official uniforms/vehicles while doing so. 17. Follow Fear of Life: valuing and preserving the life of a character as if it were real, avoiding risky behavior. 18. After revival or respawn, characters retain no memory of prior events, conversations, or interactions leading to their demise. Avoid returning to the death/incapacitation site for a specified period and refrain from seeking revenge. 19. All LEOs are required to spawn vehicles exclusively at the station's garage. LEOs must return to the station to change their vehicles. 20. When civilians submit a 911 report, they are required to be descriptive, providing essential details such as the nature of the emergency, the precise location (including the postal code), and a concise description of the incident. ### Disclaimers * The Staff reserves the authority to remove any member from Dominio RP for any reason they deem appropriate. * Providing false or misleading information throughout your application or interview process, as well as engaging in plagiarism, including the unauthorized use of other members' applications or AI software, may result in a permanent denial of your application or removal from the community. * By joining this community you consent to being recorded in any interviews, meetings, patrols, or other events taking place on the server as deemed necessary. * Dominio RP is an independent project and is not endorsed or officially affiliated with Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or any related entities. * All in-game content, including scripts, mods, and assets, is owned by their respective creators and is used with their permission or in compliance with open-source licenses. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content. * Any in-game currency used within this community holds no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or goods.
